Cold War Kids - Cold War Kids on Love and L.A. ─ Vevo

Cold War Kids on Love and L.A.. 2017

Cold War Kids ' impassioned music aims directly at the head and the heart. The indie rockers from Long Beach, CA first grabbed attention with “We Used To Vacation” and “Hang Me Up To Dry” from their 2006 debut, 'Robbers & Cowards,' and have built a huge following in the past decade. On their sixth release, 'L.A. Divine,' frontman Nathan Willett and the guys combine socially-conscious anthems with what Willett calls the “fearless optimism” of the hit single “Love Is Mystical.” When they swung by Vevo we got to catch up with them about author Richard Rohr’s book “Falling Upwards,” the “bluesy stomp” of “Love Is Mystical,” and feeling like outsiders in L.A.
