Motionless in White talks to Vevo at Rock On the Range 2017.
Motionless in White came screaming out of Scranton in 2005, brandishing a fierce mix of aggravation and aggression that was fueled by its members growing up in America’s rustbelt. More than a decade later, the metalcore outfit with the goth and horror touches is known for its piercing attack and killer live shows - like their set at this year’s Rock On The Range festival. Vevo was there, and we chatted with Chris Motionless and Ricky Horror about music from their new Graveyard Shift, which had just landed at the top of Billboard’s Hard Rock album chart. See what they have to say about having KoRn’s Jonathan Davis on the track “Necessary Evil,” the pros and cons of social media, and the need for successful bands to “work their asses off.” The band is on tour through early August.
