The fifth installment of Mad Decent's annual Christmas compilation is here with 'A Very Decent Christmas 5.' Kicking off the festivities is a new remix of Major Lazer’s “Know No Better” from ⅓ of the trio Walshy Fire, and Maor Levi’s solo project Megatone. A trap version of Jingle Bells from Party Favor directly follows, before listeners find themselves under the EDM mistletoe with high energy tracks from LIZ, Hoodboi, DJ Douggpound, KiWi, Aquadrop, SpydaT.E.K and Foodman. On the new album, the Mad Decent crew meshes trap, hardstyle and Japanese club flavors with classic Yuletide cheer. Newcomers Tre Oh Fie and rrotik also join in, with the former delivering a not-so-quiet flip of “Silent Night” and the latter bringing Brazilian bass house to this year’s holiday season.
